Sacred freedom.
Practiced with responsibility.
Limitless Life Church is rooted in sincere religious practice, meaningful community, and reverent participation in Entheogenic Communion. We believe religious liberty is strongest when it is carried with integrity, informed participation, and personal responsibility.
Freedom carries responsibility.
Limitless Life Church and its Members engage in the sincere religious practice of Entheogenic Communion. We regard this practice as religious exercise protected by applicable federal and state law, including the First Amendment and the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act.
Those protections are fact-specific. Nothing on this website, no membership card, and no single act of participation creates an automatic exemption from federal, state, or local law. Every Member remains responsible for understanding the laws and circumstances that may apply to them.
Know Your Jurisdiction
Laws differ by location and circumstance. Each Member is responsible for understanding the federal, state, and local laws that may apply to their participation.
Honor the Sacrament
Our Sacraments are sacred tools within a sincere spiritual practice. They are not recreational products and must be approached with reverence, care, good faith, and personal accountability.
Care for Your Well-Being
Members are responsible for accurate health and medication information and for making informed decisions. The Church does not diagnose medical conditions or replace qualified healthcare professionals.
Your acknowledgment
By participating, you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age, are acting voluntarily and in good faith, and will respect the Church, its Members, its Sacraments, its safety practices, and all applicable laws.
Understand the framework. Read the law yourself.
American religious-freedom law can provide meaningful protection for sincere religious exercise. The analysis is individualized, and no decision creates a blanket exemption for every church, Member, Sacrament, or circumstance.
Religious Freedom Restoration Act
RFRA generally provides that the federal government may not substantially burden sincere religious exercise unless it can satisfy the compelling-interest and least-restrictive-means test.
Read 42 U.S.C. § 2000bb-1 →Gonzales v. O Centro
The Supreme Court required RFRA’s demanding test to be applied to the particular religious practice before it, rather than accepting only a generalized prohibition as sufficient.
Read the Supreme Court decision →Church of the Holy Light of the Queen
A federal court applied O Centro to a church’s ceremonial use of Daime tea and concluded that RFRA required protection for the sincere practice, subject to restrictions.
Review the case →Natural Medicine Law
Colorado separately maintains a state-law framework for natural medicine. Those state protections and regulations are distinct from federal law and from any RFRA analysis.
Review Colorado’s official sources →Sincere religious exercise involving Entheogenic Communion may receive meaningful protection, but sincerity, conduct, governance, documentation, safety, the burden imposed, and the specific facts all matter.
Sacred rights are strongest when exercised with integrity.
Our legal posture is inseparable from our doctrine, community, ritual, governance, preparation, safety standards, and sincere religious intent.
Sincere Exercise
Our practices arise from sincerely held beliefs and an established spiritual framework—not from an attempt to disguise recreational activity.
Member Responsibility
Each Member is responsible for acting in good faith, honoring Church standards, and understanding the laws that may apply.
Distinct Laws
State natural-medicine protections and federal religious-freedom protections are different legal frameworks with different requirements.
No Permission for Misuse
Religious freedom is not a loophole for resale, diversion, unsafe conduct, recreational use, or activity disconnected from sincere practice.
A living spiritual community—not a transaction.
What membership means
Membership signifies a sincere religious connection with Limitless Life Church. It is expressed through good-faith engagement with our beliefs, teachings, community, services, sacred practices, integration, and shared responsibilities.
Membership does not, by itself, create an automatic legal exemption, guarantee access to a Sacrament or ceremony, or guarantee how a court or agency would evaluate a particular circumstance.
